Highly recommend these if you're suffering from high cholesterol. I was on the point of having to go on Statins, took these for three months and my cholesterol came down.
They really do work , I've had two blood tests to prove it. My Cholesterol level has reduced significantly.

I am unable to use Statins due to side effects. So thank goodness I can use plant sterols in order to keep my cholesterol levels down.
