Just had my regular blood test with GP, and cholesterol is is down. I am being careful with foods but am sure Plant Sterols are doing their bit too to keep away from statins.
Difficult to recommend any medication to someone else, as we’re all different, and what works for one may not work for another.
But they’re easy to take, despite the size.
I am awaiting the results...
Excellent service, repeat prescription always on time. My cholesterol has lowered,but not quite enough,so I am going to try a liquid which includes red rice as well, so will not be taking plant...

We are sorry to hear that your cholesterol level has increased after following the directions for three months. Plant sterols have been shown to help maintain or lower cholesterol for many people, but individual results can vary. One tablet a day is intended to maintain normal cholesterol levels, while three tablets a day (2.4 g) may help lower cholesterol. However, as with all supplements, effects can differ from person to person.
