my doctor told me i would have to go on tablets i dont like my body being bombarded with chemicals so i tried plant sterols and they work im very pleased with them and will continue to buy them

I have taken these for many years as I can not take statins. The cholesterol level has been maintained at a slightly raised level but has not got worse.
