Seems to assist me with maintaining my cholesterol at an acceptable level. I don't want to increase my prescribed statins dose beyond 20mg so this works for me!
I have found no difference at all after taking them for almost a month and doubled the dose!

Thank you for your review - We would recommend this product be taken for a minimum of 6 to 8 weeks as a divided dose, however maximum benefits may not be obtained until at least 3 months of continuous usage.
