They seem to be working I've been taking them for four years and my GP keeps "advising" statins but when I refuse and tell them why they don't seem to insist.

Im feeling a lot better after 3minths of taking the sterols, however I haven’t had my cholesterol checked since starting. My bloodpressure is much more stable.

I have been taking Healthspan Plant Sterols for many years and there os no longer any concern regarding my cholesterol. It was borderline, so it has prevented me having to take medication.
