Made no discernable difference to me. The effect may have been too subtle for me. And that's not to say it won't work for others. But this is being written at 2 am.

This product does not work for me. After Valerian, Diphenhydramine Hydrochloride and Melatonin had failed, I considered 5-HTP to be my last hope. It was not to be.

Have helped me to sleep better. I still have the odd night when I can't sleep very well but overall I have been sleeping longer and get off to sleep quicker than before.
