Skeptical about many 'health' products but these vitamins are different - they work. Certainly make a difference to me, they work for me, I'd imagine they will do so for other people too.
I have taken these multivitamins for a number of years now and always include them when taking food for maximum benefits.
I find they are a decent size for swallowing with water.
