Suggested I take magnesium to improve sleep. The magnesium glycinate is taken about 1 hour before bed with water and has not caused any side effects. It appears to help me sleep.

Not sure if this is any better than cheaper forms of magnesium. Never explained what theGlycinate does. I use ut to prevent cramp and it seems to help with that.
Have taken regular magnesium at night for several years and was recommended the Glycinate by a chiropractor recently , still take at night think might be gentle on stomach . Great service from...
They are difficult to swallow compared to other tablets of the same size. The coating wears off really quickly in the mouth making them stick in the throat.
