Many people are deficient in magnesium without knowing it or being
aware of just how much the body relies on magnesium for optimum function.
Since taking two Magnesium Glysinate 1000mg in the evening I am sleeping so much better and have stopped taking my regular sleeping tablet. A much better alternative to a good nights sleep.
Unfortunately caused me to wake very early. Made me extremely tired later in the day
