Thank you for your review - We would recommend this product to be taken for a minimum of 6 to 8 weeks, however optimum benefits may not be obtained until at least 3 to 4 months of continuous usage. I was having terrible night cramps and often in the day. But since taking them for a few months, I hardly get them and now having a better night sleep.

Helps with sleeping better relaxing you before bedtime take an hour before bed one of two tablets I find one is better for me take with a sip of water
