We can assure you that all staff are highly trained.
A valuation is an opinion based on experience and the current price it would cost to re-create like for like. As stated in our T&C's we do not value silver, in addition the silver pieces in question were 'deemed not suitable to value'.
With regards to the metal, a large proportion of the pieces were un-hallmarked and therefore can only be valued as assessed. We apologise for the slight error in the spelling of your first name, should you have contacted us, it could have been resolved immediately.
A new certificate has been drawn up for you today and posted.
