Sumtua admire bed

Hi Brian,

Thank you for your review. We're sorry to hear you aren't satisfied with your new mattress. It can take up to 12 weeks for the natural fillings in your mattress to settle completely and it is important, like your retailer has suggested, to keep rotating and turning your mattress to aid this process. After 12 weeks, you should see your mattress beginning to soften to the desired tension.

The reason we do not recommend mattresses based on the customer's body weight is because there is no exact science to this method. It is important to select a new mattress based on your individual needs, such as the support and comfort the mattress provides, and this is ultimately a matter of preference. We find that spring count is a better way to demonstrate these aspects of a mattress.
