I rang the bed reatailer that sold me the bed,basicaly he said there was nothing he would do to resolve the problem at first,then he said he would ring somebody up and maybe get somebody to have a look.he was not helpful and he didnt care realy that the bed he sold me was uncomfortable.i explained the situation he did not realy care.The matter has not been resolved yet,and ive no intentions of changeing my opinion of the bed i was sold.The description i gave still stands.in fact the bed is so hard its like trying to sleep on the floor or a table.
