Hi Anne, I am sorry that you had a lack of communication with your delivery, you should have received a delivery notification from us, perhaps it went into the junk folder as I can see that the email was sent on the 24th July. I have also seen that Nicky did respond to your email to support on the same day, so apologies if something wasn't working correctly and that you didn't receive it, clearly we want you to have as much information about the delivery as possible so that you can organise around it.
