Generally a good trip, but spoiled by poor management of the group. Very simple and early action could have prevented the ********** by one section of the group at the expense of the other.

It has been recognised by G. R. J. that training needed to be reinforced. I am happy that they have dealt with the matter responsibly for the benefit of future travelers and I consider this an isolated and unrepresentative incident. I am happy to continue booking holidays with them.
