Thank you for taking the time to leave a review after your purchase. We are sorry to hear that you did not receive the hardener with your adhesive.
We noticed that you contacted us about this issue back in November. At that time, we asked you to check inside the tub of adhesive, as the hardener is usually located there. Since we did not receive a response to our email, we assumed that the hardener had been found. We apologise if that was not the case.
The majority of our deliveries are made on the date and within the time slot we provide. Recently, we have implemented a live tracking system that allows our customers to receive real-time updates on their deliveries. It appears that your delivery was subject to this system and it did arrive slightly outside of the promised time slot due to traffic issues, but you were kept updated. As for the distance travelled by the driver, if you are located in Mainland UK, please rest assured that our driver will reach you.
