Sadly very dry. Greens mostly good (speed around 8.5). Some tees lacking water and well worn.

The better course, it issues the same as Gainsborough

drought conditions meant it was a bit of a lottery lost quite a few balls due to perpetual rolling off fairway and into rough or water

flatter course so a little fairer in drought conditions loved the layout

hilliest of the 3 courses so wary of balls rolling so played very conservatively enjoyable but not seen at its best

Despite having no rain for weeks the greens were excellent !!

After the extreme weather the course was in a poor condition and with the slopes and run offs around the greens it can be described as brutal , obviously this isn’t the fault of the grounds staff...
