Picks up animal hair and cleans carpet and hard floors very well. But handbook says the 2+ filters etc should be replaced every 6 months, or earlier if dirty, which makes it quite costly to run....

Hi, Thank you for your feedback. All bagless machines do require regular cleaning and maintenance to endure the machine runs as efficiently as possible, for as long as possible. All vacuum maintenance does include filter cleaning and replacement, cleaning is recommended every 1-2 uses and replacement of filters does depend on the size of the machine, if it is bagged or bagless and how the machine is used.
