We were very sorry you had this rare experience. Our factory made a one-off mistake of not pairing a batch of our crutches before despatching to our warehouse, hence why we sent the replacement full pair. I weigh just over 100kg and foubd them very bendy and not very safe. Just what i found. You did send the replacement pair out very quickly though so thankyou for that. If you would like a pic or video of me using them to show you what i mean then i could send.
