I need to find out if there is anything I can do to stop my Mother slipping ( even with the seat belt on apparently she is slipping down)

Hi Sally, Adding a one-way slide sheet to the seat of the chair should help prevent sliding down - see here: https://glebehealthcare.co.uk/products/locomotor-quilted-uni-slides - these are specifically designed to combat this very issue that people with reduced postural control may suffer from.
