Good afternoon Daniel, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review and for your continued support. I am sorry to hear the manufacturer wouldn't honour the price you were originally quoted. Due to current new vehicle supply timescales, some manufacturers will no longer price protect vehicles, prior to accepting our vehicle quotation we do advise that this can happen, any vehicles ordered with a supplier may be subject to manufacturer price changes at any stage up until the vehicle is registered with the DVLA. This issue can be different depending on the manufacturer and is compounded by the current extended factory lead times (in some case up to and more than 12 months). There are some brands that do price protect however we have seen more manufacturers, JLR being one on them, communicating major changes to their policy. Where a vehicle list price changes, this will have a direct impact on the finance quotation and the lender/lease company would require any provider to requote. We regret any frustration this may have caused.

Good morning Michael, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review and for your feedback. It is great to hear your overall experience was good and our prices were competitive. I can appreciate your comments with regards to the status updates on your vehicle, due to the issues we are being faced with at the moment in the motor industry, along with high levels of demand for new vehicles, this has resulted in disrupted delivery schedules and much longer lead times than we would judge ‘in normal times’ to be reasonable. Because of these delays, ETA's that are being given can change daily making it almost impossible to relay an ETA until the vehicle has completed build. Hopefully, we will get the opportunity to serve you again when things are back to normal and ETA updates are as they should be.

First, I would like to apologize for the frustration you’ve been experiencing recently. I want you to know that we appreciate your feedback. With respect to the finance agreement with the lender, regulated customers will have a 14-day cooling period. Many finance companies will not allow the vehicle to be delivered within this cooling off period as the customer is legally able to back out of the finance contract within that time frame. Information about the 14-day cooling period is explained in our terms and conditions that were sent to you prior to ordering your vehicle with us. I am sorry to hear your vehicle was delayed for delivery, Kia had a later than planned arrival of one of their deep sea vessels carrying over 2000 vehicles arrive which put their logistics operation under pressure causing a delay in getting the vehicle to the dealerships ready for onward delivery to our customers. I am sorry to learn of your experience and can appreciate your frustration. I can assure you that this is not the level of service we would wish for our customers and I will be raising your feedback to our team.

We have audited the telephone recordings between you and our team so we can provide feedback to the individual. On this occasion we do think the calls were handled professionally and would like to reach out to discuss this directly with you. We can see that James placed the order with the supplying dealership after the credit approval had been received from the lender, which is correct. As part of our process, once the vehicle has been ordered with the supplying dealership, your vehicle order will be passed over to our Customer Service team who will check the availability of your ordered vehicle with the supplying dealership or manufacturer and provide an updated estimate for delivery, the customer service team will process the finance documentation and arrange delivery once the vehicle has arrived in stock. Our apologies you were not made aware your order would be moved to another department to be processed, we will discuss this process in our next board meeting.We will relay this message to the appropriate department and customer service representative. We are sorry to hear that your experience with our company has not met your expectations and would like to thank you for taking the time to provide us with valuable feedback.
