Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

We are conscious that you aren't saying your experience was a bad one however we do aspire to achieve nothing less than five star service. We are working hard to ensure that customers get that 'one point of contact' from a post sales point of view. We have made big improvements in this area but we know there is more work required especially around staff annual leave for example. We have also noted that on this occasion our communication wasn't up to our usual standard, this is something we will look into and manage accordingly.
