Delivery is carried out by agents in connection with the supplier and in most cases the vehicle will be driven to your address. The delivery driver will aim to deliver a clean vehicle and will usually aim to use a car wash if one is available in the local vicinity of the delivery address.

Good afternoon Stephen, Thank you for your feedback, due to the global part shortages we are having problems getting progress updates from the supplying dealerships, this is because until the vehicle is built and on a ship they can't give us and accurate ETA, most dealerships have taken the stance it's best not to provide them at all until they are confident that they are accurate to save our customers being disappointed. I can see your finance was arranged by the dealership, I will look into your concerns on why it took so long to get a requote.
