Good products / slow service
My main problem was ordering on Monday, getting tracking details on Tuesday, which then reported that the package had been received on the Friday. Delivery finally happened on the following Monday....

Thank you for your feedback Steve. We're always looking for ways to improve our service and our ordering process is a top priority for us as it forms the backbone of our business. Occasionally mistakes do get made but we have recently implemented a new piece of bespoke software called ShipQuest which now streamlines and manages our warehouse process to prevent issues such as the one that you've received. So moving forward these issues should be greatly reduced.
