Having checked with the courier it seems they received it at the depot and apparently attempted delivery on the 19/8/25 ( this is not always accurate ) ! and then there had been no further movement since then. I can see that my colleague has now resent your order and it was successfully delivered on 29/8/2025. Please accept my apologies for the delay in receiving your goods. This toilet roll product is part of our value range which is reflected in the price and may not suit all requirements. This is a very popular purchase for pop up events and festivals . I can see that you purchased our Bamboo Panda Soft toilet roll previously and may have thought this Panda Soft Branded Val - Troll was the same / similar product.
