Arnica; an excellent treatment for use in treating bruises and strains. Not to be used on broken skin. Ingredients: Arnica Mountain Flower (harvested in Austrian Alps), Emulsifying wax BP, Yellow Beeswax, Arnica in Olive/Sunflower Oil, Rosewater, Oil of Tea Tree.
