Worked for a few days then Watchman fault reappeared. Not sure if battery or Watchman faulty. Tried to return battery and order new Watchman but company not interested.

Dear Mr Robertson, As I responded in the service review, you purchased a battery tube from us and then emailed to say that there was still a fault with your Watchman device, despite fitting the new battery (you said that you had however used the battery for several days) and you were going to buy the new version of the Watchman. At this point you did not express that you thought the battery was faulty. We understood that you had used the product but still wanted to return it for a full refund. Apologies if this was a misunderstanding.

Following more communication via email we have asked you to return the product for testing and if proven to be faulty we will of course provide a full refund. We have also confirmed that the part is of course a genuine Watchman part.

As soon as we receive the item back we will have tested and report back to you.
