Thank you for taking your time to leave a review. I can see that your order was placed in the middle of out 10 year anniversary sale. We did have messages on the website and on the confirmation email that there would be delays with parcels placed over this period. The team at the warehouse were packing orders as quickly as possible and got the orders out as soon as they could.
