Good product only high import taxes to EU (the Netherlands) since Brexit. I had to pay literally half the price I paid for the product in import taxes which discourages me for buying here again...

Hi,Thank you for leaving a review for us here. We are sorry to hear that the charges you received were more than expecting. Unfortunately the charges are something that are controlled by the destination country and are different for each country in the EU. We remove VAT from the order when the order is placed so that needs to be applied in the destination as per the destination countries regulations. There can also be other charges that are deemed appropriate too. We do have a message up regarding this on our website. We are looking into alternatives for international customers and hopefully there will be something in place as soon as possible.Kind regardsAndy
