Delivery is always an ongoing project with the Logistical Team working with ever changing variables including the weather of course.
We hope that you contacted the Customer Services Team informing them of the trays with broken seals.
They are there to investigate as well as assisting in arranging replacements/ refunds.

Sorry but since my last enquiry ref mushy food I have become more concerned over the quality of the food.. my dogs are not 100%, their stool has become looser and more frequent.. not diarrhoea but not like was or should be, the food as I have pre said is mushier and has an odd odour..
I have cancelled my payments via PayPal but have been unable to cancel on your website as for some reason it no longer recognises my email or password, please cancel and confirm ..
