How are Feefo reviews collected?

We independently collect feedback on behalf of the businesses that work with us. Our platform only reaches out to verified buyers, so you can be sure you’re reading reviews from real customers.

Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

What Alison Metcalf said about Forest Holidays:

Would recommend forest cabins to anyone. Very impressed.

Friendly staff. Delivery service to the cabin. The fresh bread was lovely. The food was nice as well in the cafe. Booking was easy and the monthly payment plan was ideal.

What Graham Wright said about Forest Holidays:

A tranquil location but on the doorstep of interesting places to visit

Arrival details were very clear and the staff were all very friendly. Not at all intrusive but you knew they were available if you had any queries or needed assistance.
