It is stated that name corrections are not permitted on code-share flights, hence, our representative informed you of the same. We have no issue in amending the name as per the passport, if the airline allows it. Regrettably, a name correction is not possible. Please note that the airline's policy stays the same, regardless whether the ticket is booked through us, directly with the airline, or any other travel agency.
