Oh no! Very sorry to read this feedback. As you mentioned your normal account manager was on holiday, however, we do have a holiday buddy scheme which ensures that work is covered when people are on annual leave. It sounds like this didn't work on this occasion and we apologise for that. Your account manager Caroline will be in touch with you today to see what we can do to resolve this with you. I am pleased that you usually find our service great and I really can't apologise enough for this slip up.
