Sorry to hear this we have an extensive range of products all with varying print areas and print restrictions we aim to provide as much info as possible and advise the options for print based on the artwork. I've discussed this with your account manager Jemma and she said that her intial quote was an incorrect price, she then re-quoted you with the correct price, the same price as your previous order for this product.
