Great feedback! Very glad they were well received - with regards to the 'not travelled yet' option, not sure what went wrong here but looks like there was a glitch in the system - all fixed now :)

Very sorry to hear about the late delivery of the additional box, unfortunately when goods are with couriers things don't always go to plan. I have discussed this with your account manager Jemma and she has been able to resolve this and the extra shipment cost with you.
