Glad you liked the product but sorry to hear about the problems you experienced before, we have templates for all our products so I am sorry this wasn't provided to you from the start. However please let us know in future if you require any help regarding your artwork as we have an in house studio team with a number of experienced designers who are happy to help you with your design requirements. Thank you for your review, glad the jars looked great but sorry to hear they arrived late. Unfortunately the product you ordered became out of stock when the order was placed which meant we had to offer you a different colour in order to try and get as close to your delivery date as possible. I am sorry you felt you were passed between different people, unfortunately your account manager Jess was away at a conference for two days leaving her collegue to cover. Very sorry you felt it was a mess as this is not our usual way of working! I have asked Jess to call you today to try and resolve this for you.
