Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

You should include vat in your quote from the start.

Good quality. But please include vat in your quotes. Was asked to pay a extra to confirm delivery when convenient for me I declined but order still turned up when asked for, so it could of paid it...

Thank you for taking the time to send us your feedback. Our quotes do state that they are exclusive of VAT, but we understand it can be confusing if that hasn't been picked up. Paying extra to guarantee a delivery date is always a good idea if you have a very tight deadline but it's great that it wasn't required in this instance and you received the products when you wanted them.
