Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Very well organised trip. The cycling was very easy leaving us lots of time to explore the pretty villages and towns and swim in the lake. Most of the hotels were above average and all of the staff...

Excellent - many thanks for the lovely review Julia. GPX tracks are definitely the way to go if you have a smartphone and as long as you download the route before leaving home you don't even use any of your data allowance during the rides.

For a first time , found this a very relaxing break- good to have accomodation sorted and cycling relatively easy. Good weather and interesting scenery and places to stop off on.
