We sincerely apologise, however as per our email chain, we had notified you on the day of ordering that there was a slight delay with us receiving the watch shipment due to the poor weather abroad. The watch should be leaving us this week, the latest would be next week however we do send them out on a next day service due to the delay. Again thank you and apologies for this. I am glad we were able to resolve this with you.

Of course, this is not a regular occurrence and we always need to know if anything like this happens so that we can investigate and avoid this happening again.
