Thanks so much for getting in touch regadring this order. We really appreciate all feedback. I sincerely apologise for the way in which this item arrived. I can assure you that all items are checked before being sent out, however its possible that this could have arisen during transit. We can only apologise and our next course of action would be sending out a replacement asap. In this case, its unfortunate that we didnt have the stock to be able to do this. We do really apologise for the disappointment, however this can happen when items are reduced, stock will go rather quickly. I can assure you that we would never send out an item if we knew it had a defect of some kind. Please accept our apologies.
