This is not an honest review and we're sorry that you've felt compelled to write this. We sent you a message on the day of dispatch informing you that the beef glace was, unfortunately, missing from your order. Our next correspondence from you was an email saying that the suckling pig was missing and that you would like a refund for this, We simply asked, as per the protocol to send images of the packaging, we do this to show our fulfilment team to work out what has happened. In some instances, customers have accidentally thrown out the product as they have mistaken it for packaging. We immediately refunded you whilst waiting for the images, (which you didn't send), as this was your request. We would have happily resent the item if you had requested this but you stipulated in your email that you wanted a refund, which we did so your review is very puzzling. We have done everything on our end to resolve the issue in your favour.
