We usually like to call our customers when we have time and stock to arrange an earlier delivery than what they have paid for in order to offer a great service that exceeds expectation, on this occasion I apologise that it was not suited to you and your order. I'm very sorry that you found our steak was not great, our wagyu steak is some of the best available in the UK and it really upsets us to hear that you are not happy with the steaks you received.
