As we have stated in the response to your customer service review related to this order, we acknowledge you contacted us over the weekend expressing concern about the late delivery of your parcel. As promised, we did look into this on your behalf and according to the tracking information from the courier company your parcel was delivered on the 13th. We will look into this for you and get this sorted. We were not aware of any problems as the tracking information did state that your parcel had been delivered. Please be assured we will get this sorted for you and my colleague will email you shortly.

As promised, we have investigated the missing parcel for you. It seems the parcel was misdirected by the postal network. We are not sure why this has happened, we have checked the address information and the parcel did have the correct delivery address. We have been able to provide you with confirmation of this. Unfortunately, we were not able to have the parcel redirected to the correct delivery address. It is now on its way back to us. As a result we have provided you with a full refund. We apologise for the inconvenience. Sadly, no matter how diligent we are, very occasionally an error can occur in the delivery network which is completely out of our hands causing parcels to go astray.
