A natty little core drill bit. Perfect but make sure you remove the contents of the core with a knitting needle or similar after each drilling. If it builds up in the core it gets blocked.

Too large for my dremel drill.

In the technical information tab on the product page you'll notice these indicate a shank size of 4.6mm which is too large for use in a Dremel. In a Dremel you will need an adjustable multi chuck then you can hold any drill bits with shank sizes of up to 3.2mm. One of the team will be in touch to let you know which of our diamond drills bits can be used in a Dremel.

the drill bit moved around on the glass at the start of drilling as I was doing this by hand. Overcame this by drilling a template and everything now works fine

You can also add a piece of masking tape to the drilling area, or start your rotary tool at an angle until the drill bit bites, then return to a vertical angle and carry on drilling.
