Epic is always fast to ship what you order. Their products have great quality. We have been using their coQ10 for 9 years. Our doctor recommended Epic for my son with MD.
The seal was broken on my product and it was of poor quality.

Dear Alex,
Liquid QH is shipped with a total of three “seals” on the product. The box is sealed both top and bottom with a clear plastic seal that must be cut to open the box and take the Liquid QH bottle out. The bottle itself has a neck seal that must be broken before the cap can be taken off. The last seal is on the top lip of the bottle and inside the cap. This seal is sometimes loosened or broken when the cap is turned and opened though this can’t happen until the neck seal itself is broken.
If the bottle was not leaking before you opened it, the potency and freshness of the product has not been compromised. If it was leaking, then you should certainly receive a replacement. It is probably still safe and potent but why take a chance. If the bottle was not leaking and you are still concerned, please let us know and we will happily replace it!

I would like to return this product for a replacement. I have purchased about 6 bottles so far. This one definitely had a broken inner seal and the product is not fresh. How do we get a replacement?
