The car I received was very old with a bad aircondition.
I did write to the customer support but the only offer was to come and check the car at the rental place that wad more then an hour driving...
Car ok, basic but did the job. Out of hours could do with more check-in staff, took a while waiting for car on arrival. Very polite and courteous, I would use again.
