Hi Sonia,

We are so sorry that the goods were delivered a day later than planned, however we did keep you informed of progress of the order and sent the goods out to you using a same day courier van to arrive in time for your event.

Your account manager Lucy has passed on to me that you recieved the goods in time for the event the next day.

We aim to get everything out with time to spare but on the rare occasion that things do get held up, we do pull out all the stops to meet our customers deadlines.
