Thank you for your review and I am sorry to see that you are not happy with the service. I spoke to your account manager who explained the situation and confirmed that the issue has been resolved satisfactorily. As a long standing customer of EMC, we gave you an option to tell us the best solution for you. I understand you opted for a discount which was agreed and applied to your order.

When we process repeat orders, we send a copy of the previous signed off proof along with the order acknowledgement so the client has this information for reference and can advise of any discrepancies. Our company policy is to wait 24hrs before proceeding into production but unfortunately we have not heard from you. We do not require a specific approval for repeat orders as these are based on repeat quotations.   I believe your account manager did send a quotation which stated the price is based on a repeat design and unfortunately we were not advised that new artwork should be used.

Once again, I would like to apologise for the misunderstanding on this order and we will take all possible precautions to avoid this happening in the future. Warm regards, Simon Kay
