Julian Saville contacted me with regard to my negative comments. The company took these comments extremely seriously and after speaking to the Salesperson, Sales Manager and Managing Director I am convinced that my problem was a one off due to pressure of work. I was always happy with delivery and the product which has now been running for a week and is excellent.

Whilst poor customer service is usually a given in the UK, it is refreshing g to come across a company that takes its customers' comments seriously and follows them up with genuine concern. Electricradiators.co.uk is one such company. I have been impressed by their quick response to my earlier comments and with the way they talked through those aspects I found wanting. Important to say that the product is excellent, it came very well- wrapped and in very good time. Their service, therefore, has been second to none. I will, doubtless, be a returning customer.
