Good Morning,

We appreciate the feedback but feel terrible that you have been unsatisfied up to now. The noisy unit had indeed developed a fault but we are pleased to hear the replacement has solved this problem. Furthermore, whilst we always aim to deliver to specified instructions this does on rare occasion go wrong and it is unfortunate they chose an elderly neighbor. We do hope this wasn't too much of an inconvenience to them.
